Job Description
- Set up and configure Google Analytics accounts and views, applying necessary filters to ensure clean data.
- Implement Google Analytics tracking codes on websites.
- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Perform regular audits to ensure accurate data collection and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across major search channels.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to track user behavior, website traffic, optimize performance, and improve marketing ROI.
- Collaborating with marketing and web development teams to improve user engagement and conversions.
- Communicate and present data findings and insights to business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics setup, including tracking code implementation, goal and funnel configuration, and data filtering.
- Expertise in creating custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture unique data points.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics reporting, including creating and customizing dashboards and reports.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager for streamlined tag implementation and management.
- Familiarity with other Google tools, such as Google Search Console and Google Data Studio.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience working in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
