Business Analyst (for Garment Exports)

Job Title: Business Analyst to the Director

Salary Range- 40- 70k monthly

Job Overview:

Preferences to business analyst Candidates from Garment background or with any manufacturing knowledge or experience.

Summary of the Role -

You will be directly working under the Director where you will get a huge opportunity to manage and grow every department of the company. You will be heading all strategic plans of different departments and streamline them to make them grow and set their KPIs

• Timing will be till the Director is working which is from 9am and can go up to 9pm sometimes.
• Need to be very entrepreneurial and self driven to grow as huge opportunity to head the business

This role involves understanding business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability in the garment manufacturing domain. Knowledge of operations analysis is very important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis:
• Analyze historical export data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement..
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards to aid decision-making processes.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to stay updated on global garment trends, trade policies, and competitor activities.
• Supply Chain Optimization:
• Evaluate and optimize the supply chain to reduce lead times, costs, and inefficiencies.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement and work Work with cross-functional teams.
• Financial Analysis.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue optimization.
• Technology Integration:
• Evaluate and recommend technological solutions to improve efficiency in garment export processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate new technologies seamlessly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or masters degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably from the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant business software.
