Job Description

Overview:
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall revenue generation. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with various teams to drive business expansion and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the organization and build a professional network.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Contribute to the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
