Overview: The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the organization through strategic initiatives aimed at expanding business opportunities.   • Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline and deliver accurate sales reports.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services.

  • Provide feedback on product development based on customer needs.
  • Assist in formulating strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Train and onboard new team members in sales strategies and processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and changes.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
