Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in executing online marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, driving traffic to our website, and engaging with our target audience. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh MBA graduates with a strong interest in digital marketing to apply their academic knowledge in real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including creating content calendars, posting updates, and engaging with followers.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and other digital content that aligns with brand goals.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct basic SEO research to improve website content and rankings on search engines (Google, Bing, etc.), ensuring on-page SEO best practices are followed.
  • PPC Campaigns: Support in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, managing email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Analytics Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting tools to track KPIs.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to help refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales teams, to align marketing strategies and initiatives.

Desired Skills Qualifications:
  • Education: MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Freshers welcome).
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Campaigns, etc.).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and generate insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and create engaging, innovative content.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in content creation, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Basic knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, Hootsuite, MailChimp, or similar platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
