Job Description
- Design Leadership : Lead the creative vision and execution of design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, developers) to deliver impactful visual solutions.
- Concept Development : Create innovative design concepts for branding, advertising, digital platforms, packaging, and more, while maintaining a cohesive visual style across all channels.
- Art Direction : Provide art direction and guidance to junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency throughout all design work.
- Brand Identity : Maintain and enhance the brand s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and adapting designs to meet evolving brand needs.
- Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining design integrity and high standards.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, copywriters, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with the overall marketing strategy and user experience.
- Design Tools Software : Expertly use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other industry-standard software to create and refine visuals.
- Client Stakeholder Communication : Present design ideas and concepts to clients or internal teams, explaining design decisions and incorporating feedback to improve the final output.
- Trend Awareness : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually push the boundaries of design excellence.
- Quality Control : Ensure that all final design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are pixel-perfect for digital, print, and other mediums.
- User-Centered Design : Advocate for user experience and design principles, ensuring designs are both visually appealing and functional.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Art Director, or similar creative role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and skills (branding, digital, print, etc.).
- Exceptional understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with responsive design and adapting visuals across various digital platforms (web, mobile, social media).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire junior designers.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating innovative, high-quality designs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in motion graphics, 3D design, or video editing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
- Previous experience in a managerial or team-leading role.
