* In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian wear, Indo-western trends, and fusion fashion.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

* Proficiency in using design software and understanding front-end and back-end operations.

* Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting targets.

* Experience in creating detailed tech packs for production.

* Previous experience in setting up or managing an e-commerce team.

* Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
