About the Role: We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead our technology initiatives, drive product strategy, and manage key client relationships. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on technical leadership and strategic management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive product strategy and roadmap development while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs

- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions

- Maintain direct client relationships, understanding their business challenges and translating them into technical requirements

- Actively participate in technical architecture decisions and code reviews

- Write and review code when needed, particularly for critical features or technical proof of concepts

- Mentor junior developers and product managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status to executive leadership

- Drive innovation and technical best practices across the organization

Required Qualifications:

- Post-graduation degree in Management (MBA or equivalent)

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical field

- 6+ years of experience in technology, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role

- Proven hands-on coding experience in one or more modern programming languages

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices

- Experience in managing complex client relationships and stakeholder expectations

- Track record of successful product launches and implementations

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)

- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Knowledge of agile development practices and tools

- Understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment

Leadership Skills:

- Excellent project and product management capabilities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams
