Senior Executive: 4-7 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Age:20 - 30 YearsJob Location:Corporate Office, AhmedabadJob DescriptionJOB OBJECTIVE This is a leadership role, and the incumbent would lead a team. To take care overall gamut of accounts and finance functions of the company. The candidate must bring a demonstrated track record in shaping an organizations finance strategy and have the presence and conviction to execute it. A blend of experience with Indian organizations and MNCs would be a positive. Potential candidate should have been exposed to the manufacturing sector and multi group operations. The role would cover the entire gamut of accounts & finance functions.Key Performance Areas KRA’s †Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

†Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure timely payment to suppliers and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

†General Ledger Management:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Taxation and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other tax returns.
• Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

• Cost Accounting:

• Assist in cost analysis and control.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and overheads.
• Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives.

• Financial Planning and Strategy:

• Support financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in financial modeling and investment analysis.

• Internal Controls:

• Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior finance staff.
• Participate in cross-functional projects as required
• Review & Submission of monthly MIS.

Required Skills/Abilities:• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
