Role & responsibilities

• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Being able to Handle the CNC machines without guidelines.
• Ability to involve and execute Continual improvement in process/product (Kaizen, Poka yoke).
• 3~6-year Hands on Operating experience in CNC machine like HMC, VMC, VTL, Turning center.
