Adobe Analytics Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage web analytics projects, utilizing Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, define project requirements, and translate requirements into actionable analytics strategies.
• Design and implement analytics tracking solutions to capture relevant data points and insights on website performance, user behavior, and Ecommerce transactions.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Looker to extract meaningful insights and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Drive the execution of analytics projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met within scope and budget.
• Develop and deliver client-facing presentations and reports, communicating key findings, insights, and recommendations effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web analytics, Ecommerce, and data management to continuously enhance service offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Web Analytics, with a proven track record of handling analytics initiatives using Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience in writing complex queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Should have team and delivery management experience and also have strong client interactions/presentation skill ability.
• Exposure to GCP services likes BigQuery, Dataflow Looker is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
• Adobe certifications are a plus.
