Job Description

1 Project Management:

  • Successfully manage multiple we'dding photography and videography projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, allocating resources effectively and proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise.

2 Client Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and personalized service, ensuring a positive experience and repeat business.

3 Creative Direction and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations for we'dding photography and videography, providing guidance and creative direction as needed.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other creative team members to ensure alignment with client preferences and project requirements.

4 Timeline and Workflow Management:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules and workflows for we'dding photo-video projects, coordinating tasks and deadlines across various team members and vendors.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential bottlenecks or delays in the production process, proactively managing resources and priorities to meet project milestones.

5 Quality Assurance and Deliverable Review:

  • Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of project deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications and company standards.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.

6 Vendor and Supplier Coordination:

  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and partners involved in we'dding photo-video projects, including venues, equipment rentals, and printing services, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and oversee procurement processes to secure the necessary resources and services for project execution.

7 Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Facilitate team training and development initiatives to enhance technical skills, customer service capabilities, and project management competencies.

8 Client Feedback and Satisfaction Measurement:

  • Gather feedback from clients upon project completion to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and capture testimonials and referrals.
  • Analyze client feedback and satisfaction metrics to inform continuous improvement efforts and drive customer-centric decision-making.

Key Skills

  • Good teamwork skills - Ability to work we'll with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven working experience as a project and client service manager in we'dding industry
  • Solid technical background regarding we'dding films and photography
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of films making
  • Problem-solving aptitude
