Primary ResponsibilitySecondary Responsibility

Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems.Responsible for all the Peripheral lighting in the campus including tracking, procuring and replacement of the defective lights

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of assets.Upkeep and functionality of all the water body and its pumps available in the campus

Monitor and manage maintenance budgets effectively.Upkeep and functionality of all the UPS available in the campus. Coordinate with the AMC partner for prompt action in case of any breakdown

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, occupants, and stakeholders.BSC - elements owners for respective category

Address tenant concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

To organize and coordinate monthly review meetings with the client and vendors.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding facility operations and initiatives.

Monitor energy usage, water consumption, and waste generation, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Educate occupants and staff on environmental best practices and promote a culture of sustainability.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within facility management operations.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and optimize resources.

To take periodic rounds of the premise to inspect, identify and rectify shortcomings if any.

To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.

To ensure the adherence of the SOP s related to any emergency scenario (e.g. COVID19).

To ensure that AMC schedules, renewals are followed. All maintenance is carried out as per schedule and maintain service reports properly.

Track the SO issued, take responsibility to get the job completed and track the submssion of bill to accounts
