Facility Executive

Position Title: Facility Executive Soft

Reports To: Facility Manager

Position Purpose: Responsible for managing Housekeeping and Pantry Services

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitoring Housekeeping services on daily basis
• Taking round of the premises, identifying snags and getting it cleared, making snag-list and sharing updates with closure
• Ensuring briefing and debriefing for all the Staff and ensure good Services with continual improvement
• To take regular round of all floors office area for up keeping of services and monitoring the work process.
• Handling overall pantry services
• Ensure good grooming of Pantry staff and trainings to ensure good Services
• Coordinate with all Vendors as and when needed
• Ensure minimum one training per month
• Ensure focused approach on HSE
• Making roasters & ensuring deployment as per that
• Coordinate with shifting activities and workstation allocation
• Maintain inventory of the HK items, Pantry items and order them before they get exhausted
• Submit inventory report once a month so that same can be a part of MMR
• Assist for shredding work as and when needed
