Seeking experienced Project Manager from reputed Institutes (Graduate or Diploma), to work on construction projects at different locations across India.

Job Description

• Should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Should be hands-on in use of computers for project management documentation and software use like MS Office & MSP.
• Should have completed at least two projects as Project Manager responsible for handling civil and MEP works from start to handover
• Should have good experience of managing projects in all stages of project life-cycle, viz., estimation & budgeting, project planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, including standard project documentation.
• Should have a min 8 to 10 yrs industrial projects experience like Factory & Warehouse projects, with full responsibility of achieving safety, quality, progress and cost targets.
• Should have worked in mid to large projects, with a minimum of 1lakhs sq. ft area projects.
• Should have good exposure to project planning, tendering procedures and contract administration and site management
• Will be responsible for managing entire project, including civil, MEP, HVAC, Utilities, etc.
• Should have managed and led teams of 10 engineers or more on projects.
• Should have excellent coordination skills with all project stakeholders, viz., client, consultants and contractors.
• Should have experience in monitoring and managing project budgets.
• Implement all company systems and processes on his project.
• Review & update critical project documentation and reports as required.
