Roles and Responsibilities
Provide all clients, both internal and external, with the appropriate quality of service in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Organize toolbox meetings, induction programmes with the workers as required.
Provide training, coaching and facilitating for site level personnel to enhance their competency and capabilities of achieving safety targets and goals.
Ensure adequate risk management, entailing detailed hazard identification and disaster management recovery plans, and the development and implementation of risk reduction measures in the area of EHS.
Train/ Coach local managers and employees to build EHS mindset and drive EHS culture in the organization.
Manage and process expeditable adverse events to the required standard and submit them to the client and the regulatory agencies (if required) within the agreed/stated timelines.
Develop, Conduct and oversee EHS training and inspection processes for all safety and environmental programs.
