Facebook Ads Manager

We at Fabzen Technologies are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced individual to fulfill the role of Facebook Ads Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end user lifecycle management (Acquire, Engage, and Retain).
• Build digital marketing P&L, including budget planning/allocation, campaign

performance and customer acquisition cost, and LTV

• Lead paid advertising efforts on Facebook/Instagram/Google, compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement tests for copy and landing pages, and publish a weekly KPI report.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across Google & Facebook advertising platforms to test targeting, creative, and landing pages, and improve overall campaign performance.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Work with content, graphic & category teams to meaningfully establish our proposition to users across the journey - from acquisition to repeat purchase
• Develop marketing strategy, prioritize marketing initiatives, define program goals, and

establish performance measurement standards.

• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and other crucial KPIs)

Qualifications:

• Min 4 years of hands-on campaign and budget management experience with high-growth consumer tech startups or D2C brands
• Proven experience in running performance & display campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPT, etc) across Google, FB, YouTube, Instagram, Bing, affiliates, and others
• Experience with tools including MMPs (AppsFlyer), Firebase, Google Adwords, Keyword tools, Google Analytics, FB Ads/Business Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360, and others as well as with tools such as Clevertap/Mixpanel, etc
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert
• Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B, and multivariate experiments
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
