Outbound Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller - Outbound Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation, preferably within a BPO/KPO environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a proactive approach to converting leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to identify sales opportunities.
• Lead cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to generate quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Present and clearly explain the features and benefits of Fabriclores products and services to prospects.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve objections, and drive conversions effectively.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven success in outbound sales, tele calling, and lead generation in a BPO/KPO environment.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Sales Skills: Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing sales.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and email campaign platforms.
• Mindset: Proactive, customer-centric approach with the ability to handle objections and turn prospects into customers.
• Additional Skills: Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities, with a consistent focus on goal achievement.
