Digital Marketing Executive (Affiliate Marketing)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a relevant experience to work on all the verticals of digital marketing domains to join our Affiliate Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and growing our affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication with affiliate partners. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliate activity, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with program terms.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, traffic, and conversions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, addressing inquiries and providing support.
• Negotiate terms and promotions with affiliates to maximize opportunities.
• Ensure affiliate partners have access to updated creative assets, banners, and promotional materials.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate marketing.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance program performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on affiliate marketing preferred.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign management platforms.
• Exceptional communication to communicate with affiliate partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

Working Days: 5 days (WFO)

Timings: 10:30am - 7:30pm
