Executive - HR (QSR)

Role & Responsibility:

• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Responsible for Bulk Hiring for Kitchen Staff
• Kitchen visit to understand kitchen requirements for current gap
• Presenting weekly report to Zonal Manager for hiring details.
• Ready to Travel for recruit people from field
• Negotiate with candidate & take them on board
• Good Knowledge of statutory compliances.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. And prepare their joining files.
• Participate in organizing company events and other activities.
• Able to analyze employees capabilities before joining and their problem after joining.
• Compliance Management.
• Handling Grievances.
• To do Employee Engagement activities.
• To work on kitchen employee attrition.

Skills Required -

- Should have 2 yrs experience in Corporate HR 

- Excellent Communication & written skills.

- Good at Excel & word for generating reports.
