Position: Human Resource Apprentice
Duration: 12 Months (On-the-Job Training)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resource Apprentice to join our HR team for a 12-month on-the-job training program. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, enabling you to develop a strong foundation in human resource management while contributing to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:
   
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates.
• Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide support during onboarding and orientation processes.
2. Employee Engagement:
   
• Participate in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
• Gather feedback through surveys and assist in analyzing results.
3. HR Operations:
   
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
• Support payroll and benefits administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Training and Development:
   
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
• Monitor and document employee training progress.
5. Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:
