Amazon Listing Specialist

Job Summary: The Amazon Listing Specialist will be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms to drive sales and improve the overall customer experience. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Amazons algorithms, compliance and account health management, and e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and optimize product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.
• Design and implement A+ content modules to enhance product listings and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms and incorporate them into product listings.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for product listings, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize listing visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and inventory teams to ensure accurate and compelling product information.
• Manage customer reviews and feedback, addressing issues and improving customer satisfaction.
• Implement and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to maintain account health.
• Monitor and manage account health metrics, addressing any issues proactively to prevent account suspensions or penalties.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Amazon listing creation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithm, compliance and account health management, and e-commerce best practices.
• Proficiency in keyword research tools and techniques (Helium 10).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve listing performance.
• Experience with Amazon’s advertising platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
