Job Description
- Setting sales goals and devising effective sales strategies.
- Reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Preparing and sharing quotes and proposals to clients.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Actively pursuing new sales opportunities .
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in regular sales team meetings and discussions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role within the healthcare industry, specifically involving healthcare software.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare sales processes, negotiating techniques, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (preferred).
