- Ensuring thorough documentation to capture the intricacies of the processes.
- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements necessary for the automation solutions.
- Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
- Ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
- Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles.
- Ensuring configurations are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation.
- Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for stakeholders.
- Supporting existing automated processes.
- Implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Creating detailed business requirements and technical documentation, including
- Implementation guides
- "As Is" Process Description - PDD (Process Description Document)
- Detailed "To Be" Automated Process Description - SDD (Solution Design Document)
- Product technical maintenance guides
- Anticipating, identifying, and managing risks within a Product team.
- Education
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in applying automation-based solutions to business problems.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience applying process re-engineering tools and techniques.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience within the financial services industry.
- Experience in Blue Prism min 3-4years.
- Active RPA platform certifications.
- Experience working in agile development frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) using agile project management software such as JIRA.
