• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Ability to identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.
• Tele-Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in conducting effective tele-marketing campaigns, not just basic tele-calling.
• Closing Skills: Strong ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Communication Skills:

• Fluency in English & Hindi: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages for diverse customer interactions.
• Active Listening: Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.

3. Technical Skills:

• CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage sales pipelines.
• LinkedIn Savvy: Skilled in using LinkedIn for networking, lead generation, and outreach.
• Email & Presentation Tools: Proficiency in crafting compelling emails and presentations.

4. Interpersonal Skills:

• Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills to convince prospects and handle objections effectively.

5. Analytical Skills:
