Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Regularly update and maintain receipts and product information within the e-commerce system.
• Ensure accurate product categorization.
• Create and optimize product carousels and menus to enhance user experience.
• Design and update promotional image banners on the platform to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google My Business.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication that reflects the companys brand values.
• Execute repetitive tasks across multiple store locations with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is highly desirable.
• Experience managing customer reviews and engagement on platforms like Google My Business.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating and updating image banners.

Eligibility Criteria:
