Role & responsibilities

• To maintain the compliance with requirement of CGMP/GLP & Pharmacopoeia.
• Operation, calibration, maintenance and cleaning of pH meter, HPLC, Diffusion, Dissolution, Karl Fischer, UV Visible Spectrophotometer instrument & other analytical instruments.
• Analytical method development of drug product and Excipient for different test parameters.
• Analytical method validation of developed analytical methods of Solid, Injection & Transdermal Patches.
• Handling Analysis of samples given by formulation development department from time to time.
• Involvement in quality control procedures and stability studies for developed formulations.
• Manage sample analysis, prepare reports and convey to concerned departments within the specified timelines.
• Appropriate documentation of results and calculations, preparation of SOPs, specifications and test methods.
• Interpret results, evaluate data, draw relevant conclusions and give timely feedback to concerned Departments.
• Review of Calibration of different Analytical Instruments.
• To perform and coordinate and work allotted by management apart from job mentioned in job description.
