UI/UX Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Webmaster to join the Marketing team. In this position you will drive, develop and track website initiatives to support lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion. This role requires a combination of web development, web designer and project management skills, as well as the willingness and ability to self-manage and work against tight deadlines.

As Webmaster, you will lead efforts to optimize the design and performance of Exterros website in order to maximize conversions from site visits to qualified leads, drive critical delivery from partners and international team members, as well as identify and resolve resource gaps and needs as they relate to website campaigns. You will be responsible for leading website program delivery and ensuring consistent alignment with marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and performance of Exterro.com
• Optimize site architecture to create the ideal user experience
• Manage daily site performance and maintain the content management system
• Monitor, review, and report on website traffic
• Monitor and assess the performance of marketing initiatives using web and marketing automation analytics
• Partner with marketing program owners to support campaigns through design, content uploads, landing page creation, and form integration
• Manage outsourced vendors and resources needed for collateral, videos, and template creation required to support web-based marketing programs (in cooperation with marketing program owners)

Required Skills and Experience:

• BA/BS in Business, Advertising, Computer Engineering or related degree
• 5 or more years experience managing website development and design
• Must have managed a full website end-to-end
• Advanced systems knowledge of Salesforce, Wordpress, Craft and Google Analytics
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript
• Experience in using Twig, SSH, SVN
• Strong in Adobe Creative Suite 5.0 or higher (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Flash, video and multimedia development a plus
• Systems knowledge of embedded software, electronic hardware, wireless communications and device-to-web integration
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing automation and CRM integrations
• Experience working with marketing automation tools, such as Act-On or Marketo, preferred
• Strong understanding of and passion for web marketing, B2B website best practices, web analytics, lead generation, target conversion, social media integration, content deployment and version control
• Excellent teamwork and project management skills
• Exceptional communication skills -- written, graphical and verbal
• Metrics/analysis/results orientation

Preferred Experience:

• At least 1 year working in Agile or Fast Agile methodology
• Knowledge or experience in test driven development
