- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by engaging with exporters and importers to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential business clients to generate leads and build lasting relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct on-field meetings with clients to understand their logistics needs and secure contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions that address client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in freight forwarding, shipping, air freight, or the courier industry.
- Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and ability to craft tailored solutions for clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth.
