Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to take on a leadership role within our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python programming, Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a proven ability to design, implement, and lead complex ML projects. You will mentor junior team members, collaborate across departments, and ensure the successful delivery of ML-based solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and implementation of Machine Learning models and pipelines to address complex business challenges.
- Architect scalable and efficient data processing workflows.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in ML technologies and methodologies.
Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML projects, from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
- Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
Development Coding
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code.
- Develop, test, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models.
- Use libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
Team Collaboration Mentorship
- Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Facilitate code reviews and knowledge-sharing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, product, and business intelligence.

Model Deployment Maintenance
- Deploy ML models into production environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Monitor and update models to maintain performance over time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
6 8 years of hands-on experience in Python and Machine Learning.
Strong expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
Proficiency in handling large-scale data and working with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
Prior experience in a lead or managerial role.
Certifications in machine learning, cloud computing, or related areas.
