Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled UiPath RPA Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, and delivering efficient RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation needs.

- Create detailed technical documentation, including process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).

- Develop reusable components, scripts, and workflows to optimize automation projects.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing RPA bots to ensure seamless performance.

- Implement best practices for RPA development, deployment, and governance.

Provide technical support and training to end-users and junior developers.

- Stay updated with the latest UiPath features, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 4-5 years of professional experience in RPA development using UiPath.

- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.

- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as- VB.NET, C#, Python, or SQL.

- Experience with OCR tools, APIs, and web services integration.

- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex processes.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.

- Knowledge of AI/ML integration with RPA.
