Sr Gen AI Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer with extensive experience in building AI-driven applications using modern frameworks. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in GenAI frameworks like LangChain and agentic frameworks, along with a strong understanding of cloud technologies. This role requires a strategic mindset to contribute to internal discussions on AI roadmaps and architectural decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize Generative AI models using frameworks such as LangChain and other agentic frameworks.

Architect and deploy AI-powered applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.

Design and implement AI workflows that leverage cloud computing and distributed architectures.

Contribute to internal discussions on the AI roadmap, best practices, and emerging trends in Generative AI.

Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance requirements for AI solutions.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in AI/ML best practices.

Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Generative AI.

Proficiency in GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, agentic frameworks, and related technologies.

Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

Solid understanding of AI architectures, including model deployment, fine-tuning, and scaling.

Expertise in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to contribute to strategic discussions on AI roadmaps and architectural decisions.
