UI/UX Developer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative UI/UX Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs while maintaining a focus on functionality. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to design and develop high-quality digital experiences.

• UI/UX Design: Design, prototype, and implement user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on improving usability and user experience.
• User Research: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to enhance designs and identify pain points.
• Wireframing Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity designs, keeping in mind best practices for responsive and accessible design.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure optimal functionality and experience.
• Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency in design elements, components, and branding.
• Front-End Development (Optional): Develop front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement UI designs, working closely with developers.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance the overall design process.

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5-7 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for UI implementation is a plus.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and user-centric design methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to think critically and adapt to evolving project requirements and user feedback.
