Data Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in data analysis, data insights, and dashboarding to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be adept at turning complex data into actionable insights, creating impactful dashboards, and supporting decision-making across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
  • Provide actionable data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and present findings in a clear, concise manner to various stakeholders.

• Dashboarding & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and reporting requirements.
  • Automate reports and create ad-hoc reporting solutions as needed.
  • Continuously improve dashboard design for clarity, usability, and effectiveness.

• Data Management & Integrity:

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and systems.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to streamline reporting and analytics processes.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to optimize data usage and reporting tools.

Skill & Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, and dashboarding.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying large datasets from relational databases.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experience using statistical methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
• Experience with data integration and working with multiple data sources and systems.
