DevOps Cloud Engineer - AWS/Azure (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure tailored for financial services projects.

- Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of resources across cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline to enable smooth code deployment and automated testing.

- Ensure high levels of system performance, security, scalability, and availability through continuous monitoring, logging, and optimization of cloud environments.

- Collaborate with application and security teams to enforce best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance, specifically within financial services.

- Manage and optimize cloud cost, including budgeting, monitoring, and resource optimization.

- Conduct disaster recovery planning, backup and restore operations, and high-availability configurations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, leveraging monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK Stack, Prometheus, or Grafana.

- Document procedures, architecture designs, and environment details to ensure clear communication and adherence to compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- 5-7 years of experience in Cloud DevOps with hands-on experience in AWS and Azure.

- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or AWS Code Pipeline.

- Knowledge of scripting and automation (Python)

- Hands-on experience in cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance (preferably for the financial services sector).

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK Stack, Prometheus, or Grafana.

- Knowledge of networking, VPN, VPC, firewall, and security best practices within cloud environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing incidents and issues.

- Certifications in AWS and/or Azure DevOps (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are preferred.
