Exhibition Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and branding guidelines.
• Design 3D models of exhibition stalls, booths, and displays using industry-standard software
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and visual renderings for the exhibition stall designs.
• Ensure designs align with client branding, exhibit themes, and objectives.
• Oversee the creation and execution of exhibition stalls, ensuring all elements are produced and installed to a high standard.
• Coordinate with fabricators, contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely production of design elements.
• Prepare technical drawings and construction documents for the build team.
• Manage design revisions based on client feedback and adjustments during the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies for exhibition design.
• Provide on-site support during setup and dismantling of exhibition stalls to ensure design integrity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Exhibition Stall Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of exhibition design, construction, and materials.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with virtual and augmented reality design for exhibitions (a plus).
