Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong understanding of Email Marketing and LinkedIn Marketing to help generate leads and handle the entire sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, engaging leads through email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach, and managing relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize email marketing tools and LinkedIn strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and execute engaging email campaigns to nurture leads, and utilize LinkedIn to build connections and schedule meetings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with international clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor email marketing metrics and adjust strategies based on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, goals, and progress, ensuring alignment with company targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role, with hands-on experience using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) and LinkedIn marketing strategies.
  • Education: A degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and communicate effectively with international clients.
  • Client Handling: Experience in handling international clients, ensuring a smooth sales process and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in email marketing tools, CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
