Test Automation Architect

We are looking for an experienced candidate to automate ECU functionalities using Python in automotive domain.

B.E. B.Tech (ECE, CSE, EEE, IT, Mechatronics)

1. Minimum of 10+ years of automotive experience, with 10 years of experience in Test automation.Hands on experience in Test Automation using Python.
2. Strong experience in Python, unit testing framework like Pytest, unittest.
3. Good Knowledge on CAPL scripting and vTestStudio.
4. Good Exposure to Windows and Linux operating Systems.
5. Hands on experience in Test script development in Virtual test environments and HIL environments using dSpace tool chain like Control Desk, VT System.
6. Experience using the configuration management tools like GitHub, etc.
7. Experience with Communication protocols i.e., CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, XCP, SOME I/P
8. Prior experience with Automotive Sub-Systems like, Exterior Light Interior Light Chassis ADAS Connected Vehicles.
9. Good understanding of testing standards.
10. Familiarity with ASPICE, Agile SW development methodologies.
11. Possess strong initiatives, problem solving skills, and ability to work in a diverse team environment, good at documenting the software.
12. Excellent communication and presence skills, and the ability to negotiate and reach agreements with cross-functional teams and other groups.
13. Hands on experience in configuring test cases and trigger the automation testing in CI/CD pipelines.

1. Hands on experience in developing re-usable Test libraries and Test scripts using Python that can be used for different levels of virtual testing.
2. Experience with branching strategies and variant management using continuous integration systems.
3. Experience team and customer handling.
4. Experience with various review techniques like peer reviews, walk throughs, of testing work products (test cases, test scripts, test plans, test reports etc.)

10+ Year of experience with Test Automation in automotive domain.
