Sales Development Specialist - Work from Home

Position Details:

Designation: Sales Development Specialist Experience: 6 months+ (preferably in virtual sales or related fields)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Chennai preferred) Working Days: 5 days per week Salary + 3 to 8% Commission on Cash Collected Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual sales calls with prospects (digital coaches) to close deals.
Understand Meta Ads, offer creation, and selling through webinars, workshops, and 1-on-1 calls.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects to schedule sales calls.
Evaluate prospects to determine if they are a right fit for our services.
Strategically diagnose client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients and close deals.
Design and implement effective sales funnel strategies.
Analyze and interpret funnel performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
Maintain and update client records.
Share finalized contracts and payment details with the onboarding team for smooth client transitions.

Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) and good command over English. Technical Setup: Own a high-performance laptop/desktop with a good camera, microphone, and reliable internet connection for virtual sales calls.
Background: Professional and presentable virtual work environment.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in sales (preferably in sales coaching or sales funnel management).
Skills:
Strong understanding of funnels, automations, and data-driven sales strategies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals effectively.

A Typical Day at ExpertsBIO:
1. Follow up with leads to ensure show-up for scheduled calls.
2. Conduct virtual sales calls to evaluate prospects and close deals.
3. Share finalized contracts, collect payments, and handover details to the onboarding team.
4. Strategically analyze sales funnels to improve performance and conversions.
