Job Description
We are looking for a Qualified & Semi-Qualified Company Secretary at Agra Location with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ROC Annual Compliance, GST, and Tax Audits to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Handling ROC Annual Compliance related work, including preparing and filing annual returns, maintenance of statutory records, and other related tasks.
- Conducting GST audits, filing GST returns, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
- Performing Tax Audits, including verifying tax returns, conducting tax planning, and advising clients on tax-related matters.
- Liaising with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders on financial matters.
Requirements:
- Must be a semi-qualified or qualified Company Secretary.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ROC Annual Compliance, GST, and Tax Audits.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
