Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles within light industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, and more.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various non-IT positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements and provide candidate recommendations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment records, track metrics, and generate reports for management.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduation (Bachelor s degree) is a must.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-IT and light industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
In-depth understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
