The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing healthcare professionals across various specialties and settings. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and healthcare providers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage top healthcare talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific healthcare roles.
Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition through offer acceptance, including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating background checks and credentialing.
Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Performance Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and offer acceptance rates.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with healthcare roles, certifications, and credentialing processes is a plus.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and trends. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws is beneficial.
Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
