Digital Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Design and manage creative assets using Figma for marketing materials, presentations, and social content.
• Create and schedule email campaigns using ActiveCampaign and optimize automation workflows.
• Manage and schedule social media content using social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and suggest optimizations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Support other marketing initiatives such as webinars, partnerships, and content marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, ActiveCampaign, and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, email marketing, and social media trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in the night shift from 10 PM IST to 6:30 AM IST.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, or paid ad campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
