Position: Digital Marketer

About the Position

The individual will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. This role will also involve collaborating on performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a passion for everything digital.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, building and maintaining a strong online community.
• Analyse social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content and strategy.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to plan and execute paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Track and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and performance marketing to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Work closely with other stakeholders to align social media content with broader marketing goals and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
