Standard cell Characterization Engineer:

-3+ years of experience on standard cell characterization using Liberate tool

-Good knowledge of CMOS based digital design

-Good debugging skills of SPICE/characterization issues

-Ability to work independently

-Experience across various technology nodes

Standard cell char, view generation and validation about 3 years of experience.

Knows : Extraction flows, spice simulations, characterization tools and scripting

Tools : Liberate, PrimeLib, Spice simulators, fastSpice simulators, extraction tools.
