Requirements:-

1. Any graduate ( preferably B. pharm/BSC- Chemistry)

2. Age- below 40 year

3. Minimum 3 -7 years experience in API marketing, especially Far East Markets preferably

4. Good customer service skills in terms of communication.

5. Good Presentation skills, Learning capabilities, handle responsibilities and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Ability to Handle pressure and stressed business situations.

Job Description:

• To understand customer requirements & take care of seeding projects and new customer developments in Emerging markets for both regulated and non-regulatory markets as per customer demands.
• Accountable for Sales/Marketing, Business Development & project management activities of API for South East Asia, Far East, Middle East Korea, Japan, Aus, South Africa markets along with some parts of Merchant and domestic markets.
• Expansion of sales by active promotion of existing & new products to customers catering to Regulated & Non-regulated markets by generating business through prospective sales leads generating enquiries & providing quotations.
• Formulating strategies to capture new projects & customers ensuring geographic market penetration. Effective Negotiations to achieve the desired annual revenue target
• Customer service & relationship management with periodic visits to customers. Coordinating for customers plant visits and Audits
• Identifying & analysing market dynamics using various databases, reports & market research tool
• Liaising with cross functional departments like project management, R&D, Quality, regulatory, licensing, legal, financial and operational/ logistic teams and management
• Competitors analysis in terms of their pricing, product offerings, challenges or limitations, strategic decisions & expansions
• Attending Industry Trade shows, conferences or professional gathering to catch upon the changing trends of the industry & Supporting Marketing & Promotion activities.
