Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

Salary Range: 5 LPA-8 LPA
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong technical background and excellent sales acumen. The Senior Sales Engineer will work closely with the team to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and develop strategic sales initiatives.
Technical Sales
1. Generate leads, opportunities, and contracts to achieve sales budget and pricing targets.
2. Analyze customer needs and design solutions tailored to meet their requirements.
3. Set optimal market pricing for each solution and request technical expertise from the Engineering team in non-standard cases.
4. Ensure a smooth Sales-to-Operations handover with complete and accurate information.
5. Validate that customer orders align with the negotiation process outcomes, including terms, conditions, quality, and safety.
6. Take accountability for the project until Order Booking.
7. Support the finance function in money collection activities.
8. Drive the execution of the individual sales plan through proactive and consultative customer visits.
9. Gather relevant information about the market and competitors from the field.
10. Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities.
11. Document comprehensive information about opportunities, tasks, and visits, including reasons for won and lost deals in CRM.
12. Maintain accurate opportunity data in the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management
1. Proactively develop and cultivate customer relationships within the assigned area of responsibility.
2. Collaborate with developers, and consultants to implement solution selling methodology, ensuring that Exeliq's solutions align with customer needs and deliver value with each solution that we offer.
3. Expand Exeliq's market presence by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints in collaboration with the Exeliqs Operations team.
5. Document customer and contact information accurately in the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the development and sales of Automated Test Equipment.
3. Strong understanding of electrical, electronics, and instrumentation concepts.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
5. Ability to analyze customer needs and propose technical solutions.
6. Proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
7. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.

They don't have capabilities to hire engineers, they only can hire the Labours, they don't give sales commission, they got my 10 nos of leads worth 5 crores also there is no transparency, your leads get converted and they don't give you information about, they will trat you like a Begger. Don't join this company if you are an engineer. Also, their product is not developed.
