About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to lead our domestic business
operations. He will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing
strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong team player, a deep
understanding of the market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities: The Sales and Marketing Executive shall report to the Head-Domestic Market, and is responsible to assist him in the following areas
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Market Penetration: Identify and explore potential business avenues to penetrate new markets and
expand the existing clientele base.
• Opportunity Identification: Conduct market surveys to identify, qualify, and pursue business
opportunities, and map them to targeted action plans.
Business Development:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators,
surgeons, and procurement teams.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business
expansion.
• Business Strategy: Analyze business potential, develop creative and innovative strategies to drive
sales, increase turnover, and achieve financial targets.
Account Management:
• Manage existing accounts to maintain customer satisfaction and grow revenue.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Product Expertise:
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio and stay informed about industry
developments.
• Educate clients on the features, benefits, and competitive positioning of our products.
Customer Support:
• Provide prompt responses and clarifications to customer queries, particularly regarding product
usability.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to support product launches and promotional
activities.
• Coordinate with the regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all industry
regulations and standards.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports and insights on sales progress, market conditions, and pipeline.
• Maintain and submit daily, weekly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales reports, along with a
comprehensive recap of the previous years performance to the Head of Domestic Market.
Candidate requirements:
• MBA (Marketing) preferred / Bachelors degree with distinction
• Proven expertise in B2B Sales and marketing activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, and ability to adapt to new business environment
• Effectively manage customer relationship
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Must be able to effectively operate in a PC environment, and familiar with MS office applications
like MS word, excel, ppt etc.
