We are hiring for Telesales Executives with a day shift, 6 days working and 1 day fixed off( Sunday).

Designation : Telesales Executive

Location : Bangalore and Delhi

Desired Experience : 3 - 4 years in Telesales.

Qualification : Puc( 10+ 2) or Any Graduate.

Salary : 3L - 4L PA + Incentives.

Job Description :

- Handle end to end sales outbound calls and customer support - existing clients.

- Contact existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

- Answer questions about products/Services of the company.

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner

- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience as telesales representative

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

- Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi+ Any other South Indian languages

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
