Powder Packer Executive (Warehouse)

• Daily basis machine condition monitoring & adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule.

A. Find the material & tag it immediately.

B. Shift the material to identified place.

C. Ensuring the blocking of the batch in SAP.

D. Collect the required quantity for pulverization

• By setting the parameters in PLC pulverization will be carried out & sampling of pulverized material by R & D.
• Packing of material through the machine as per required weight.

A. Mark batch number & pallet number in each bag.

B. Book the packing quantity in SAP. Packing quantity & booking quantity must be same.

• As per the delivery order place the material in the truck.
